ANDER B. DJ | Live Performer | Producer      Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on November 16th 1988. He began his musical journey at a very young age as a drummer. Around 2003 he became interested in a band from a “Newport South” movie. After this, he found other similar artists that with their glitches and intelligent sound captivated him and introduced him to some more danceable genres. In 2005 he began to DJ, mixing with turntables. Some of his first vinyl records were classic underground music from the 90’s such as Compose Records and many other rare labels. By 2006 he was spinning at popular venues such as Next Lounge where he was a weekly resident DJ with just 17 years of age. Back then, he always carried in his record bag M83 - “Don’t Save Us From the Flames” and other 12” records from Anthony Rother, Silicon Soul and Alex Smoke. The same year, he joins the artist collective “28C” being the first collective in the island. In 2007 he was introduced to the revolutionary software “Ableton Live” in which he applied his knowledge and experience to create his ideas into music. After becoming proficient with this software, he began to use it for his live sets. Currently, Ander resides in Santo Domingo and he identifies himself with tech-house, deep house and micro-house.
